At Real Services we like to offer a complete service to home owners looking either to rent out their properties or simply to safeguard their home in Spain while they are not present to do so.
We offer a yearly management/rentals service agreement.This is a yearly agreement with a one off payment or monthly payments by standing order. This then enables you to leave your property in safe hands.The most important detail is that we do a twice monthly property check & more if required due to bad weather etc...A checklist is completed and kept on record, if we come across any problems we contact the owner imediately. We have a team of qualified maintenance men who are on call 24 hours, should any problems arise.We are at the end of a phone for any queries you may have and for that most important "peace of mind".

Property Rentals
One of the services included in the yearly management & rentals agreement is the advertising of your property on various websites such as: Viva Almeria ,Mojacar online, Holiday rentals, Mojacar-Holidays & Costacasa as well as our own:www.real-mojacar.com with full description and colour photographs, as well as our portfolios in the office. Our rental availability & Price charts can only be viewed using www.real-mojacar.com
We manage the bookings,client viewings, reservations & payment for each property ensuring a stress-free procedure for owners and guests alike. We oversee the cleaning and laundry for each booking and any other detail to accommodate the client in the best way possible.
We charge 15% commision on bookings we achieve, there are no upfront fees to pay so if we don´t get you any bookings it does not cost you a penny. After the commission costs and any cleaning & laundry there is always a substantial amount for the owner which helps towards the running costs of this home in the sun, or extra "spending money" for when you are over here yourselves.
